Shipping is free in the continental US with orders of $75 or more. Royal Apothic ships via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Royal Apothic is happy to offer weekend delivery services – please call 1-310-746-8435 to arrange for Saturday delivery. APO orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard "Ground" shipping charges will apply.
Our website accommodates shipments only to the U.S and Canada. at this time. For orders going abroad, please call our office during business hours to see if international orders can be processed to your requested country or please see our list of retail partners to find the closest Royal Apothic retail location to you, or call us at 1-310-746-8435.
Shipping via FedEx is calculated at time of purchase based on weight of purchase, destination address, and selected service. Additional rate information is available at fedex.com.
processing
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day. Holiday volumes may add three business days. Please expect approximately the following amount of time for the processing and shipping of an order:
UPS Ground estimates: Western US: 3 to 7 business days Midwestern US: 5 to 8 business days Eastern US: 5 to 10 business days.

Royal Apothic offers products and services of integrity. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, we welcome your feedback and are happy to help. Should you want to return a product, please return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt, (please confirm return policy at the original point of purchase, as each retail store has their own return policy).

Customers who purchase products from the Royal Apothic flagship store in Los Angeles should return to Royal Apothic. Products from the Royal Apothic website or phone service may be returned by mail or directly to our flagship store. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only. Please include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Products that have been used 20% or more will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
